The Easy Way to Get a Tech Job

Okay, the title is clickbait. I want to be upfront about that. It does get easier, but it has to be hard first.

If the choice is between doing the work and sitting around hoping you’re not next in a layoff, the work starts looking a lot more appealing.

And even if your job feels safe right now, building this habit still matters. At some point the role gets frustrating, the pay stalls, or you just want out. You want the habit built before that moment hits, not after.

That’s really what this newsletter is about. The habit of applying, going through the process, staying in it. That’s what makes it easier over time. Hard before easy.

Start With the Resume
